  • How do I a make a reservation?

    Any photography/videography reservations consisting of 10 or fewer people can be made directly on our website. A 20% DISCOUNT is applied to an 8-hour reservation.

    Any other occasion must be coordinated with Studios management in order to ensure proper planning. We encourage you to REACH OUT with your ideas!

  • What is the check-in process?

    Upon making your reservation, you will receive an email with all of the relevant information needed for your arrival. Contact information will be provided should you have any other questions.

  • What is your hourly rate?

    For photography & videography purposes, the Village Studio is $100 an hour with a 20% discount applied for an 8-hour reservation. Any other occasion will require an ‘Event Rate’ which will vary depending on the personalization of your gathering.

  • Where do I park?

    The Studios are located on the second story of the WILD IRIS HOME building in the Olde Avon Village. There is a city owned parking lot on the east side of the building with ample parking. The entrance to the Studios is also on the east side of the building.

  • Second Story?! Is there an elevator?

    Yes! There is a stairway & an elevator (7ft height, 3.5ft width, 5ft depth) to make loading/unloading much easier.

  • Do you allow animals in the Studios?

    We definitely consider ourselves to be pet friendly, however, any animals accompanying human guests must be approved by Studios management before arriving.

  • What types of props/equipment are included in the Studio rental?

    We have a collection of furniture & decor staged in the studio & ONE floor to ceiling, 9ft wide seamless paper roll back drop included in the rental.

  • Do you offer any kind of lighting equipment?

    We do not offer any type of specialized lighting equipment. The Village Studio has installed track lighting, modern fixtures, & enormous amounts of natural light.

  • When can I book?

    We are available for reservations everyday between the hours of 8am - 8pm. Reservations will not be available to book on the website outside of those hours, however, exceptions can be made with Studios management.

  • Can I tour the Studios before I make a reservation?

    Absolutely! We would love to show you around & we will do our best to be available at your convenience. Get in touch to see when we can meet up!

  • Is Wifi available in the Studios?

    Most definitely. The Village Studio is equipped with high-speed business internet & will be available to you upon arrival.
