We intend to be very flexible with the potential uses of the space. We are capable of accommodating photography/videography shoots, workshops, meetings, conferences, classes(yoga, arts, etc.), craft markets/shows, & small events(showers, parties).

Because we are a second floor business, dance classes/videos/performances will only be permitted on a case by case basis.

Reservations & payments for photography/videography shoots are able to be made directly on our website. Any other occasions &/or photo shoots consisting of more than 10 people must be communicated to Studios Management in order to fulfill the specific needs of your business.

All bookings made directly on our website will be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations & reschedules MUST be made 48+ hours prior to scheduled booking in order to be credited or refunded.

A crucial aspect of the reservation is the understanding that the time paid for, includes the renter’s setup & breakdown time. Renters will not be allowed to enter the studio or begin loading until the time of the reservation. All renters must be out of the studio with all of their belongings at the end of the reservation.

Common Company Studios are located in a shared tenant building, all of whom understand that maintaining a high level of professionalism, cooperation, & cleanliness are the expectations of the community. Music/volume is to remain at a reasonable level at all times. No smoking of any kind shall be permitted anywhere on the property. The renter agrees & accepts responsibility for all guests included in their reservation. Bookings that require more than 10 guests in a studio will require arrangements to be made by Studios Management.

All furniture, decor, & conditions of the studio have been inspected prior to each reservation & are expected to be in the same working condition upon departure. Incidental fees may apply. Renters are permitted to move furniture & decor as needed, as long as it has been returned to its original position before departure. Any & all trash shall be disposed of in the trash cans provided before departure. Cleaning fees may apply.

Everything in the studio is included in the rental fee. Common Company currently offers one floor to ceiling, 9ft wide, seamless paper roll back drop at no additional charge. Three color options currently available.
